摘要

通过对影响海藻糖测定条件(流动相、色谱柱、提取溶剂、超声时间)的研究,建立了高效液相色谱法快速测定化妆品中海藻糖含量的分析方法.化妆品中海藻糖经体积比 1∶9 的乙腈水溶液超声提取 20 min后,使用体积比3∶1 的乙腈-水(含体积分数 0.2%三乙胺)溶液作为流动相等度洗脱,用Waters Xbrige-NH2 氨基柱(250 mm×4.6 mm×5 μm)进行分离检测化妆品中海藻糖.该方法的线性范围为 0.1~5 mg/mL,检出限为 0.33 g/kg,定量限为1.0 g/kg,加标回收率为92.4%~106%,相对标准偏差<5%.

Abstract

An analytical method for the rapid determination of alginate in cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography was established by studying the conditions affecting the determination of trehalose(mobile phase,column,extraction solvent,ultrasonication time).The trehalose in cosmetics was extracted by acetonitrile aqueous solution with the volume ratio of 1:9 for 20 min after ultrasonication,and then eluted with acetonitrile-water(containing triethylamine 0.2%in volume fraction)solution in the volume ratio of 3:1 as the mobile phase,and then separated and detected on a Waters Xbrige-NH2 amino column(250 mm×4.6 mm×5 μm).The linear range of the method was 0.1-5 mg/mL,the detection limit was 0.33 g/kg,the quantification limit was 1.0 g/kg,and the spiked recoveries were 92.4%-106%with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)<5%.
