摘要

建立了气相色谱-质谱联用法检测花露水中避蚊胺等 10 种驱蚊剂的方法,优化样品前处理和仪器条件参数,用无水乙醇超声提取花露水,加入D-山梨醇作为分析保护剂,利用Rtx-1701 色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm)和程序升温的柱温箱进行分离,质谱检测器检测,外标法定量分析.结果表明 10 种驱蚊剂成分在相应的质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数(R)>0.996;定量限为1.25~10 μg/g;平均回收率为88%~115%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.9%~5.0%.该方法简便、快速、测定结果可靠,适用于花露水中10种驱蚊成分的定性、定量检测.

Abstract

A method for the determination of 10 mosquito repellents such as diethylmethylbenzamide in floral water by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established.The parameters of sample pretreatment and instrument conditions were optimized.The flower water was extracted by ultrasonic extraction with anhydrous ethanol,and D-sorbitol was added as the analytical protectant.The Rtx-1701 column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm)and the temperature programmed column incubator were used for separation,the mass spectrometry detector was used for detection,and the external standard method was used for quantitative analysis.The results showed that the 10 components of mosquito repellents had a good linear relationship within the corresponding mass concentration range,and the linear correlation coefficient(R)>0.996,the limits of quantification were 1.25-10 μg/g,the average recovery was 88%-115%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were 0.9%-5.0%.The method is simple,rapid,reliable and suitable for the qualitative and quantitative determination of 10 mosquito repellent components in floral water.
