不同品种和产地玫瑰精油成分的主成分与聚类分析

摘要
通过检索文献方式收集玫瑰精油成分数据,参考玫瑰精油标准共筛选出 37 种国内外玫瑰精油作为研究对象.采用主成分分析(PCA)和聚类分析(CA)方法对其成分进行分析,并建立评价模型.PCA结果表明,国内外前 4 种主成分的累计贡献率分别达到 90.765%和 75.269%,且可以反映大部分精油成分信息.综合得分排名最前为伊朗地区的突厥蔷薇和山东地区的紫枝玫瑰,其成分含量均匀,品质较好.CA将 31 种国外玫瑰精油集聚为 5 大类,6 种国内玫瑰精油集聚为3大类,集聚为一类的产地接近,其成分含量具有相似性.
Abstract
The composition data of rose essential oil were collected by means of searching literature,and a total of 37 kinds of rose essential oil at home and abroad were selected as the research objects by referring to rose essential oil standards.Principal component analysis(PCA)and cluster analysis(CA)were used to analyze the selected rose essential oil components,and an evaluation model was established.The PCA results showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the top 4 principal components at home and abroad reached 90.765%and 75.269%,respectively,which could reflect most of the essential oil composition information.The top comprehensive scores are Rose damascena Mill.from Iran and Rose rugosa'Zi Zhi'from Shandong,which had uniform content and good quality.CA aggregated 31 kinds of foreign rose essential oils into 5 categories,and 6 kinds of domestic rose essential oils into 3 categories,which were clustered into one category of origin close to each other,and their compositional contents had similarity.
