白茶品质成分分析及在化妆品中的作用初探

摘要
以 6 种不同季节、等级的白茶为研究对象,采用水提醇沉法、醇浸提法进行提取,测定并比较生化成分表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(epigallocatechin gallate,EGCG)、总多糖、总黄酮、生命元素、氨基酸、维生素的含量,发现夏季的白牡丹多糖、EGCG含量最高,总黄酮、生命元素、维生素含量第二,整体成分含量优势明显,为白茶在化妆品中的充分利用提供数据支持.
Abstract
In this paper,6 kinds of white tea with different seasons and grades were extracted by alcohol precipitation and alcohol extraction method.Epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG),polysaccharides,flavonoids,life elements,amino acids and vitamins were determined and compared.It was found that the contents of polysaccharide and EGCG in white peony in summer were the highest,the contents of total flavonoids,life elements and vitamins were the second,and the overall composition content was obvious,which provided data support for the full utilization of white tea in cosmetics.
