芳香类中药抗放疗辐射损伤研究进展

摘要
放疗作为一种主要的癌症治疗方法,在杀死癌细胞的过程中会对正常的细胞造成不同程度的辐射损伤.在对癌细胞进行最大程度的杀灭的同时,对健康组织进行最大程度的保护,并减轻其不良反应是放疗界关注的焦点之一.多年研究表明芳香类中药具有多种抗辐照效果,具有来源广、毒性小等特点,是一种具有应用前景的新型辐照防护药物.对芳香类中药的放射防护效应多位学者进行了大量的研究,已有一定进展.因此,从芳香类中药改善放射性肺炎、放疗性食管炎,治疗放射性黏膜损伤,改善放射性骨髓抑制和其他的辐射保护效应等方面阐述了其抗辐射损伤之减毒作用,为未来在"扶正治癌"学术思想指导下深入研究提供参考.
Abstract
As a major cancer treatment method,radiation causes different degrees of radiation damage to normal cells in the process of killing cancer cells.Maximising the killing of cancer cells while maximising the protection of healthy tissue and alleviating their adverse effects is one of the focus of the radiotherapy community.Years of research have shown that aromatic Chinese medicine has a variety of anti-irradiation effects,wide source and little toxicity,and is a new irradiation protection drug with promising application prospects.Many scholars have studied research on the radiological protective effect of aromatic Chinese medicine,and some progress has been made.This paper expounded the attenuated effect of aromatic Chinese medicine on improving radiation pneumonia and other radiation injury,which provided reference for in-depth research under the guidance of the academic thought of"Supporting Healthy Qi to Treat Cancer"in the future.
