摘要
洋葱作为药食两用的植物,含有多糖类、黄酮类、挥发油类、苯丙素类、甾体皂苷类等多种活性成分,具有抗氧化、抗衰老、抗炎、祛痘印及美白等生物活性,被广泛应用于食品、保健、医药、美容护肤等领域.对洋葱鳞茎中主要活性成分、作用机制及其护肤应用现状进行概述,以期为洋葱鳞茎的研究及其在化妆品中开发应用提供参考.
Abstract
As a medicinal and food plant,Allum cepa(onion)contains a variety of polysaccharides,flavonoids,volatile oils,phenylpropanoids,steroidal saponins and other active ingredients,which have biological activities such as antioxidant,anti-aging,anti-inflammatory,acne removing mark and whitening,and have been widely used in the field of food,health care,medicine and cosmetics.An overview of the main active ingredients,mechanism of action and application status of onion bulb was presented in order to provide a reference for the study of onion bulbs and their development and application in cosmetics.
