化妆品中的乙醇胺等胺类原料因其潜在的亚硝胺风险而备受关注.各国采取了不同程度的管理措施对其进行控制,以减低化妆品中的亚硝胺风险,更好地维护消费者的用妆安全.结合各国法规要求和权威机构的研究现状,从原料的分类、生产工艺、亚硝化风险、毒理学风险等角度对 4 类胺类原料进行分析,并提出监管机构、检测机构、原料生产商、化妆品企业等应在不同环节采取侧重点各异的措施来进一步降低化妆品中的亚硝胺风险.
Safe Use of Four Kinds of Raw Materials Including Ethanolamine Easy to Cause Nitrosamine Risk
The use of amines such as ethanolamine in cosmetics is of great concern because of their potential nitrosamine risk.Various countries have adopted different regulations to control the related amine raw materials in order to minimize the risk of nitrosamines in cosmetics and better protect consumers.Combining the cosmetic regulations of various countries and research status of authoritative institutions,4 kinds of amine raw materials from the perspectives of classification,production process,nitrosation risk and toxicological risk,etc.were analyzed,and it was proposed that regulatory agencies,testing agencies,raw material manufacturers,cosmetic enterprises should take different measures at each stage to further reduce the risk of nitrosamines in cosmetics.
