甲醛释放体类防腐剂致敏风险探讨

甲醛释放体类(formaldehyde releasers,FRs)是化妆品中常用的防腐剂,双(羟甲基)咪唑烷基脲、DMDM乙内酰脲和咪唑烷基脲是使用频率较高的FRs.FRs可分解释放游离甲醛,可能会引起消费者过敏反应.对FRs在化妆品中的使用情况、可能存在的安全风险及标准管理情况等进行梳理分析,为监管提供技术支撑.为了保证化妆品质量安全,规范和促进行业健康发展,建议我国相关部门关注化妆品中游离甲醛释放情况,必要时加强此类原料的管理措施,同时引导行业积极开展防腐剂新原料的研制.
Sensitisation Risk Evaluation of Formaldehyde Releaser-Based Preservatives
Formaldehyde releasers(FRs)are commonly used as preservatives in cosmetics,and diazolidinyl urea,DMDM hydantoin and imidazolidinyl urea are frequently used FRs.FRs can decompose and release free formaldehyde,which may cause allergic reaction to consumers.The use of FRs in cosmetics,possible safety risks and standard management were analyzed to provide technical support for supervision.In order to ensure the quality and safety of cosmetics,standardize and promote the healthy development of the industry,it is suggested that relevant departments in China pay attention to the release of free formaldehyde in cosmetics,strengthen the management measures of such ingredient when necessary,and guide the industry to actively develop new ingredients for preservatives.
