金耳多糖的活性评价及其在化妆品中的应用

以新鲜金耳为原料,利用水提醇沉的方法提取制备金耳多糖.利用红外光谱、刚果红试验、热重分析对金耳多糖的结构进行初步分析.对金耳多糖的多糖、糖醛酸、还原糖含量进行化学组成测定.通过RAW264.7 细胞的抗炎试验和人永生化角质形成细胞(HaCaT细胞)的体外划痕试验对金耳多糖进行体外抗炎修护活性评价.结果表明金耳多糖具有良好的抗炎和修护活性.将其作为原料制备的精华液具有温和无刺激的特点,在化妆品中具有良好的应用前景.
Activity Evaluation of Polysaccharides from Tremella Aurantialba and Its Application in Cosmetics
The polysaccharides of Tremella aurantialba were extracted and prepared from fresh Tremella aurantialba by water extraction and alcohol precipitation.The structure of Tremella aurantialba polysaccharides was analyzed using infrared spectroscopy,Congo red test and thermogravimetric analysis.The contents of polysaccharides,glyoxalates and reducing sugars of Tremella aurantialba polysaccharides were determined by chemical composition.The in vitro anti-inflammatory and repairing activities of Tremella aurantialba were evaluated by the anti-inflammatory assay of RAW264.7 cells and the in vitro scratch assay of human immortalized keratinocytes(HaCaT)cells.The results show that Tremella aurantialba polysaccharides has good anti-inflammatory and repairing activities.The serum prepared by using it as a raw material is characterized by mildness and non-irritation,and has a good application prospect in cosmetics.
