研究辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯(和)氢化C6~20 聚烯烃(和)HDI/三羟甲基己基内酯交联聚合物作为悬浮剂在沐浴油中的应用.考察了悬浮剂添加量对产品的透明度、黏度、泡沫和屈服值的影响,并考察了核桃壳颗粒不同添加量的感官性能.结果显示,随着悬浮剂质量分数增加,产品的透明度和泡沫下降,黏度和屈服值增大.当悬浮剂质量分数为 2%、核桃壳颗粒质量分数为 0.3%时,在保持合适的透明度、黏度和泡沫性能后,既可稳定悬浮核桃壳颗粒,又可使产品具备良好的外观、磨砂舒适度和良好的去角质效果.
Formula Design and Performance Evaluation of Shower Oil with Suspended Walnut Shell Particles
A frosted shower oil with suspended walnut shell particles was prepared.The application of octanoic acid decanoate triglyceride(and)hydrogenated C6-20 polyolefin(and)HDI/trimethylolhexyl lactone crosslinked polymer as a suspension agent in shower oil was investigated.The effects of the amount of suspending agent on the transparency,viscosity,foam and yield value of the product were investigated.And the sensory properties of walnut shells with different amounts of addition were investigated.The results showed that the transparency and foam of the shower oil system decreased,and the viscosity and yield value increased with the increase of the amount of suspending agent.When the mass fraction of suspending agent was 2%,and the mass fraction of walnut shell particles was 0.3%,after maintaining appropriate transparency,viscosity and foam properties,the bath oil could not only stabilize the suspension of walnut shell particles,but also have a good appearance,sanding comfort and good exfoliating effect.
