含透明质酸钠、麦角硫因、乳酸杆菌发酵产物护肤复合物的抗衰功效

以麦角硫因(ergothioneine,EGT)纯品及含透明质酸钠、麦角硫因、乳酸杆菌发酵产物的护肤复合物(HyalactoTM-EGT)为研究对象,通过过氧化氢刺激模型,采用成纤维细胞代谢活性试验、成纤维细胞线粒体ATP能量生成试验、成纤维细胞线粒体超氧化物水平检测试验,评价EGT纯品和HyalactoTM-EGT的抗衰老功效.结果表明,质量浓度为25、50、100 μg/mL的EGT和含有5、25、50 μg/mL EGT的HyalactoTM-EGT均具显著性抗衰老效果,且复合物HyalactoTM-EGT较单独使用EGT功效更为显著.综上,EGT可与透明质酸钠、乳酸杆菌发酵产物协同抑制线粒体ROS及氧化应激损伤,保护线粒体功能,从而达到良好的抗衰功效.
Anti-Aging Effect of Skin Care Complex Containing Sodium Hyaluronate,Ergothionein and Lactobacillus Fermentation Products
Ergothioneine(EGT)and HyalactoTM-EGT(a skin care complex containing hyaluronic acid,ergothioneine and lactobacillus fermentation products)were used as research objects.The anti-aging efficacies of EGT and HyalactoTM-EGT were evaluated by the tests of metabolic activity of fibroblasts,ATP energy production test of fibroblasts mitochondria and superoxide level test of fibroblasts mitochondria.The results showed that EGT at mass concentrations of 25,50,100 μg/mL and HyalactoTM-EGT with 5,25,50 μg/mL EGT had significant anti-aging effects,and the complex HyalactoTM-EGT had more significant effects than EGT alone.In conclusion,EGT can synergise with hyaluronic acid and lactobacillus fermentation products to inhibit mitochondrial ROS and oxidative stress damage,protect mitochondrial function,and thus achieve good anti-aging effect.
