基于化妆品主要成分的性质和功效,通过生物化学法、体外细胞模型、体外重组 3D表皮模型对其紧致、抗皱、保湿等功效进行了多维度的体外方法功效评价.结果表明:该护肤精华液具有较好的抗氧化和氧化应激损害保护作用.质量分数 1.25%精华液能有效修护受UVA照射抑制的人真皮成纤维细胞(HSF)增殖和活力受损.质量分数≥1.25%精华液能显著降低经UVA照射后的细胞外基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-1)含量,提升I型胶原蛋白(Col-I)的含量,说明精华液具有紧致、抗皱的功效.与空白对照组相比,质量分数1.25%和2.5%的精华液作用后的体外重组3D表皮模型角质层中吡咯烷酮羧酸(PCA)含量显著上升,表明精华液具有保湿功效.
Combination Application of In Vitro Evaluation Methods for Cosmetic Efficacy
Based on the properties and efficacy of the main ingredients in cosmetics,a multidimensional in vitro efficacy evaluation was conducted using biochemical method,in vitro cell model,and in vitro recombinant 3D epidermal model to evaluate firming,anti-wrinkle,and moisturizing effects.The skin care essence showed good antioxidant and oxidative stress damage protection effects.The mass fraction of 1.25%skin care essence solution can effectively save the damaged proliferation and vitality of human skin fibroblasts(HSF)cells inhibited by UVA radiation.Compared with the model group,the content of skin care essence solution not less than 1.25%(in mass fraction)can significantly increase the content of Col-I and reduce the content of MMP-1.It showed that the skin care essence had obvious effect of firming and anti-wrinkle.Comparing with the blank control group,the pyrrolidone carboxylate(PCA)content in the cuticle of the in vitro recombinant 3D epidermal models after the action of skin care essence(1.25%and 2.5%,in mass fraction)increased significantly.Above all,the skin care essence showed moisturizing efficacy.
