使用体外培养的角质细胞,通过检测辣椒素受体(TRPV1)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的含量并测定细胞增殖活力来评价海藻提取物与吡咯烷酮羧酸钙(PCA 钙)组合物的舒缓和改善皮肤屏障功能的协同增效作用.结果显示,海藻提取物与 PCA钙的组合物相较单独组分能够显著抑制 TRPV1和 TNF-α的表达,且组合物对TRPV1的抑制率为82.25%,对TNF-α的抑制率为42.58%,具有显著的协同增效作用;组合物能够显著增强群体中健康细胞的比例.综上,海藻提取物与PCA钙的组合物在舒缓、改善皮肤屏障功能的效果上具有协同增效作用.
Synergistic Effect of a Seaweed Composition and PCA Calcium to Ameliorate Skin Sensitivity
Cultured keratinocytes in vitro were used to evaluate the synergistic effects of the composition of seaweed extract combined with calcium pidolate(PCA calcium)on soothing and improving skin barrier function by detecting the contents of capsaicin receptor(TRPV1)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)and measuring the effect of the composition on cell proliferation.The results showed that the composition could significantly inhibit the expression of TRPV 1 and TNF-α.The inhibition rate on TRPV1 was 82.25%,and the inhibition rate on TNF-α was 42.58%,exhibiting a significant synergistic effect.The composition could significantly increase the proportion of healthy cells.In summary,the composition of seaweed extract and PCA calcium has a synergistic effect on soothing and improving the skin barrier.
