高效液相色谱法同时测定洗发水中10种防腐剂的含量

建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定洗发水中苯酚等 10 种防腐剂含量的方法.样品经甲醇提取后,使用Capcellpak C18 MG Ⅲ柱(250 mm×4.6 mm×5 μm)色谱柱,以乙腈、甲醇、0.02 mol/L乙酸铵溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱.采用二极管阵列检测器在280 nm波长下同时测定洗发水中10种防腐剂.通过试验探究,在质量浓度 5~100 μg/mL,10种防腐剂质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r2≥0.998);检出限(LOD)为 0.4~2.2 μg/g,定量限(LOQ)为1.2~7.3 μg/g,样品平均加标回收率为 85.2%~107.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.7%~4.8%(n=6).结果表明该方法操作简单,灵敏度高,结果准确,重复性好,可用于洗发水中多种防腐剂的同时测定.
Simultaneous Determination of Ten Preservatives in Shampoo by HPLC
A method for simultaneous determination of 10 preservatives such as phenol in shampoo by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was established.After methanol extraction,the samples were eluted by gradient elution on a Capcellpak C18 MG Ⅲ column(250 mm×4.6 mm×5 μm)with acetonitrile,methanol and 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate solution as mobile phases.A diode array detector was used to detect 10 preservatives in shampoo at 280 nm.In the range of 5-100 μg/mL,the mass concentration of 10 preservatives had a good linear relationship with the peak area(r2≥0.998).The limits of detection(LOD)were 0.4-2.2 μg/g,the limits of quantification(LOQ)were 1.2-7.3 μg/g,the average recoveries were 85.2%-107.4%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 0.7%-4.8%(n=6).The results showed that the method was simple,sensitive,accurate and repeatable,and could be used for simultaneous determination of various preservatives in shampoo.
