The anti-wrinkle and firming efficacies of cosmetics should be evaluated by cosmetic efficacy claim test(including laboratory tests,consumer use tests and human efficacy evaluation tests),which may be combined with literature or research data for efficacy claim evaluation.Laboratory test methods(including biochemical methods,cell biology methods,three-dimensional reconstituted skin model substitution methods and animal test methods)commonly used to study the anti-wrinkle and firming efficacies of cosmetics were systematically sorted out,and their applications in the evaluation of cosmetic efficacy were summarized,so as to provide new ideas and scientific support for the research on anti-wrinkle and firming efficacies of cosmetics.
