摘要

采用成纤维细胞释放Ⅰ型胶原蛋白、抑制弹性蛋白酶和抗糖化生化试验、斑马鱼尾鳍皱缩模型,探讨黑松露提取物的紧致抗皱功效.结果表明,黑松露提取物对小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞(3T3细胞)分泌Ⅰ型胶原蛋白有显著促进作用,显著抑制弹性蛋白酶活性与抗糖化,显著抑制尾鳍皱缩(P<0.01).综上,黑松露提取物有一定的紧致抗皱功效.

Abstract

The tighting and anti-wrinkle effect of Tuber sinense extract was studied by the fibroblast release of type Ⅰ collagen,inhibition of elastase and anti-glycation biochemical experiments as well as zebrafish tail fin shrinking model.Results showed that Tuber sinense extract significantly promoted the secretion of type Ⅰ collagen by mouse embryonic fibroblasts(3T3)cells,inhibited the activity of elastase and anti-glycosylation,and markedly inhibited the shrinkage of tail fin(P<0.01).In summary,Tuber sinense extract has certain tighting and anti-wrinkle effect.
