摘要

以多种分子质量透明质酸钠组合物(S1)、富勒烯-中分子质量透明质酸钠组合物(S2)、富勒烯-多种分子质量透明质酸钠组合物(S3)为研究对象,通过体外细胞试验,评价 3 个组合物的紧致、舒缓、修护功效.结果表明S1、S2、S3 均具有显著促进Ⅰ型胶原(collagen Ⅰ)及FLG表达,S2 还能显著促进LOR表达,3 种组合物均具有显著抑制MMP-1、IL-6、TNF-α、NO、iNOS表达的作用.根据综合评估,S3 作为化妆品原料具有更为显著的紧致、舒缓功效.

Abstract

The firming,soothing and repairing effects of sodium hyaluronate composition(S1),fullerene-medium molecular weight sodium hyaluronate composition(S2)and fullerene-multiple molecular weiht sodium hyaluronate composition(S3)were evaluated by in vitro cell experiments.The results showed that S1,S2,S3 promoted the expression of collagenⅠ and FLG,while S2 significantly promoted the expression of LOR.The above three compositions could significantly inhibit the expression of MMP-1,IL-6,TNF-α,NO and iNOS.In conclusion,S3 have more significant firming and soothing effects as cosmetic raw materials.
