Detection Method and Analysis of Burkholderia Cepacia Complex in Cosmetics of Pure Dew
A method was established for the detection of Burkholderia cepacia complex(BCC)in cosmetics of pure dew,and BCC was detected and identified in 55 batches of common pure cosmetics on the market.SIMCA software was used to process the results, and principal component analysis(PCA)was used to look for the pattern of microbial contamination. As a result,Burkholderia cepacia was detected in 35 batches of samples, with a detection rate of 63.6%.The results of PCA found that the contamination of BCC showed a certain degree of enterprise clustering. This method can be used for the detection of BCC complex in cosmetics of pure dew,and the detection of BCC in many batches of samples indicates a certain risk for consumer use, which should arouse our great attention.
