In order to study the skin barrier damage repair test method,the arm tape peeling method was used to establish the barrier physical damage model.The detection indicators were the transepidermal water loss(TEWL)and stratum corneum moisture content.Commercially available products verified their credibility and scope of application,and the results were compared with the conventional open test of facial barrier damage.The results showed that the test results of the skin barrier damage model were consistent with the open method of human facial barrier damage(P＜0.05),and it was suitable for different dosage forms of cream,lotion,and liquid cosmetics(P＜0.05).However,the arm injury model had no significant correlation with the degree of improvement in the facial openness test and could not be compared.
