Determination of Dihydroavenanthramide D in Cosmetics by HPLC
To establish an high performance liguid chromatography(HPLC)method for determination of dihydroavenanthramide D in cosmetics.Analyses were performed on Agilent Zorbax SB-Aq(250 mm×4.6 mm×5 µm)column with acetonitrile and 0.05%phosphoric acid solution(volume ratio 67∶33),which were used as mobile phases, with a flow rate of 1.0 Ml/min.The detection wave length was 220 nm,column temperature was 30℃.Results showed that the linear relationship was good in the range of 0.011 4-0.285 0 µg(R=0.999 9).The average recovery of liquid samples was 99.01%and the RSD was 1.96%(n=9).The average recovery of cream samples was 102.68%and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 2.46%(n=9).The average recovery of emulsion samples was 99.96%and the RSD was 1.4%(n=9).The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the determination and quality control of dihydroavenanthramide D in cosmetics.
