摘要
为了评价一款油包水(W/O)乳液对受试者毛周角化引起的皮肤不适的改善作用,采用单次使用 72 h组间对照和连续使用 28 天自身前后对照的方法,通过仪器测试、图像拍摄、专家评估和受试者自我评估,结合皮肤角质层水分含量、经皮水分流失率(TEWL)、粗糙度、平滑度、光泽度、皮肤纹理、皮肤均匀度等指标进行评价.结果显示,受试者相关评价指标均有改善,与对照组及基线数据相比均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).研究表明该W/O乳液具有72 h保湿、滋养和改善毛周角化引起的皮肤不适的功效.
Abstract
In order to evaluate the improvement effect of a W/O lotion on the skin discomfort caused by keratosis pilaris,a 72 h single use inter group control comparison and a 28 days'continuous use before and after their own control comparison were conducted.The evaluation contained Stratum corneum hydration,transepidermal water loss(TEWL),roughness,smoothness,glossiness,skin texture,skin evenness,and other parameters through instrument testing,imaging,expert grading and subject self-assessment.The results showed that at the relevant evaluation parameters of the subjects were improved,and there were statistically significant differences(P＜0.05)compared with the baseline data and control group.It indicated that the W/O lotion had the efficacy of 72 h moisturizing,nourishing and improving skin discomfort caused by keratosis pilaris.
