Product Development of a Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Mud Mask Containing Chlorella Peptides
A traditional Chinese medicine characteristic mud mask containing chlorella peptides was developed in this paper.The antioxidant peptides were extracted from chlorella with six proteases.The results of DPPH and ABTS showed that the optimal protease was alkaline protease.The L9(34)orthogonal experiment and sensory evaluation were conducted based on the composition of the mud mask ingredients.The four factors were ranked in descending order of their effects on sensory scores as follows:caprylic acid/capric acid triglycerides＞PEG-100 stearate＞kaolin and bentonite＞cetearyl alcohol.The antioxidant and moisturizing properties were tested with different additive ratios of Astragalus polysaccharide,Ginkgo flavonoid and chlorella peptide,and the optimal mass ratio was 2:1:7.The mud mask has good cleaning,oil-controlling and moisturizing properties with high safety,and meets the relevant national standards.
