透明质酸二糖的制备及护肤功效

由马链球菌兽疫亚种作为透明质酸酶发酵菌种来源,通过透明质酸酶特异性降解以及有机超膜过滤透明质酸得到高纯度透明质酸二糖,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法标定其分子质量为400 Da.以制备的透明质酸二糖为研究对象,检测显示成纤维细胞中Ⅲ型、ⅩⅦ型胶原蛋白基因表达量显著上调,Ⅰ型胶原蛋白、弹性蛋白含量显著提升,提升角质形成细胞中AQP3 合成,Caspase-14、FLG、LOR、CD44、Has1和Has3蛋白基因表达量显著上调.为透明质酸二糖作为化妆品原料提供了新的数据依据.
Preparation of Hyaluronate Disaccharide and Its Effect on Skin Care
Streptococcus egui subsp.zooepidemicus was used as the source of hyaluronic acid enzyme fermentation subspecies,high-purity hyaluronic acid disaccharide was obtained through the specific degradation of hyaluronic acid enzyme and organic ultrafilm filtration of hyaluronic acid.Its molecular weight was 400 Da by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method.Taking the successful preparation of hyaluronic acid disaccharide as the research object,the detection showed that the gene expressions of type Ⅲ and type ⅩⅦ collagen in fibroblasts were significantly up-regulated,the contents of type Ⅰcollagen and elastin were significantly increased,and the synthesis of AQP3 in keratinocytes was improved.The expressions of Caspase-14,FLG,LOR,CD44,Has1 and Has3 protein genes were significantly up-regulated.It's a new data basis for hyaluronic acid disaccharide as a cosmetic raw material.
