建立了电感耦合等离子体串联质谱法(ICP-MS/MS)同时测定儿童彩妆类化妆品中 45 种元素含量的方法.结果表明所测元素在各自质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.991 7.在 2 个加标水平下,霜类、粉类、口红类3种化妆品基质的平均回收率范围分别为80.1%~116.5%、80.6%~118.3%、84.5%~113.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)范围分别为 0.6%~6.9%、0.8%~8.9%、1.3%~5.2%.该方法补充和完善了《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015 年版)锂等 37 种元素测定方法,解决了儿童彩妆类化妆品中元素测定的专属性、准确性、稳定性等难题,弥补了现有标准方法中元素种类覆盖面不全、检测方法不统一的缺点,对儿童彩妆类产品质量控制具有一定的现实意义.
Determination of 45 Elements in Children's Makeup by ICP-MS/MS
A method for the determination of 45 elements in children's makeup by inductively coupled plasma tandem mass spectrometry(ICP-MS/MS)was established.The results showed that 45 elements had good linear relationship within their respective mass concentration ranges,with correlation coefficients greater than 0.991 7.At the 2 spiked levels,the average recoveries in 3 matrices of cream,powder and lipstick were 80.1%-116.5%,80.6%-118.3%,and 84.5%-113.4%,respectively,and the average relative standard deviations(RSDs)were 0.6%-6.9%,0.8%-8.9%,and 1.3%-5.2%,respectively.This method supplements and optimizes the determination methods in Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics(2015)and solves the problems of specificity,accuracy and stability in the determination of multiple elements in children's makeup,and compensates for the shortcomings of incomplete coverage of element types and inconsistent detection methods in existing standard methods.It is of great significance for the quality control of children's makeup products.
