摘要

建立化妆品中二硫化硒的气相色谱检测方法.样品经三氯甲烷提取,纯净水净化后,采用超高惰性分流衬管进样,经HP-5 气相色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm)分离,电子捕获检测器(ECD)或火焰光度检测器(FPD)检测,外标法定量.该法在4~200 μg/mL线性关系良好,使用ECD的检出限、定量限分别为0.1、0.3 μg/mL,适用于定量;使用FPD的检出限为 2 μg/mL,适用于定性.在 3 个水平的加标回收率为93.85%~117.53%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.92%~3.14%.该方法适用于一般洗发类化妆品中二硫化硒的检测.

Abstract

A method for the determination of selenium disulfide in cosmetics by gas chromatography was established.The sample was extracted with chloroform and purified with purified water,and then injected into an ultra-high inert split liner.The separation was completed on an HP-5 gas chromatographic column(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm).The detection was accomplished by electron capture detector(ECD)or flame photometric detector(FPD),and external standard method were applied for quantitative analysis.The method showed good linearity in the range of 4-200 μg/mL.The limits of detection and quantification were 0.1 and 0.3 μg/mL for ECD,which was suitable for quantification.The limits of detection using FPD were 2 μg/mL,which was suitable for qualification.The spiked recoveries at 3 levels were 93.85%-117.53%,with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)of 1.92%-3.14%.This method is applicable to the determination of selenium disulfide in general shampoo cosmetics.
