In order to better understand the content of metal elements in commercial lipsticks,and check the quality and safety of commercial lipsticks,the samples were pre-processed by microwave digestion,and 37 elements in 71 lipsticks on the market were detected by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Statistics on the percentage of each content interval of the 10 elements with high detection rate and high detection content were carried out,and the potential human health risks were analyzed.It provided technical support for the safety evaluation and quality evaluation of lipsticks,and new ideas for the supervision of risk substances in lipstick.
