对 1,3-丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、双丙甘醇、甘油、双甘油、1,2-戊二醇和 1,2-己二醇的表面活性和细胞毒性进行研究,并探寻这 7 种多元醇的表面活性与其细胞毒性的相关性.试验结果表明:对于同一种多元醇,其表面活性和细胞毒性均与含量呈正相关;同一含量条件下,1,2-己二醇的表面活性最高,1,2-戊二醇和 1,2-己二醇的细胞毒性相近,且明显高于其他多元醇;甘油和双甘油的细胞毒性接近,均表现出良好的生物相容性;双甘油的表面活性在测试含量内的变化区间最窄;除甘油外,其余 6 种多元醇水溶液的表面活性和细胞毒性曲线拟合相关性较好,即多元醇表面活性越大,细胞毒性越高,两者呈正相关.
Correlation Between Surface Activity and Cytotoxicity of Polyols Commonly Used in Cosmetics
The surface activities and cytotoxicities of 1,3-propanediol,1,3-butanediol,dipropanediol,glycerol,diglycerol,1,2-pentanediol and 1,2-hexanediol were studied,and the correlations between the surface activity and cytotoxicity of these 7 polyols were investigated.The results showed that the surface activities and cytotoxicities of the same polyol were positively correlated with their concentrations.Under the same concentration,the surface activity of 1,2-hexanediol was the highest,and the cytotoxicities of 1,2-pentadiol and 1,2-hexanediol were similar and significantly higher than other polyols.The cytotoxicity data of glycerol and diglycerol were similar,and both showed good biocompatibility.The change range of the surface activity of diglycerol was the narrowest within the test concentration.Except glycerol,the curve fitting correlations between surface activity and cytotoxicity of the other 6 polyol aqueous solutions were good,that was,the higher the surface activity of polyol,the higher the cytotoxicity,and they were positively correlated.
