婆媳关系与包容人格的研究

摘要
新时代家庭结构发生了变化,但婆媳关系因其特殊性仍值得研究.新时代婆媳矛盾主要聚焦于观念和言行的差异.中华文化是一种包容的文化,并体现在处理人际关系上.包容指对与己相悖的他人观念和言行持宽容和接纳的态度.因而包容可能成为改善婆媳关系的良药.本文从理论层面探讨了包容人格与婆媳关系的联系,未来研究应从实证角度进行验证,构建婆媳包容的发生机制,开发婆媳包容量表进行量化分析,并探明婆媳间包容的界限.
Abstract
Although the family structure has changed in the new era,the relationship between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law is still worth investigating due to its particularity.Contemporary conflicts between mothers-in-law and daughters-in-law focus mainly on differences in beliefs,speech,and actions.Chinese culture is inclusive and influences how individuals deal with interpersonal relationships.Inclusive refers to being tolerant and accepting of other people's beliefs,speech,and actions that are contrary to one's own.Inclusive may thus be an effective treatment for strengthening relationships between mothers-in-law and daughters-in-law.This paper explored the connection between inclusive personality and mother-in-law/daughter-in-law relationships on a theoretical level;Future research should empirically validate this effect,construct mechanisms for the occurrence of mother-in-law/daughter-in-law inclusiveness,develop a scale of inclusiveness between mothers-in-law and daughters-in-law for quantitative analysis,and explore the boundaries of inclusiveness between mothers-in-law and daughters-in-law.
