社会情绪对亲社会行为的影响:人际信任的中介作用和社会支持的调节作用
Influence of social emotion on prosocial behavior:The mediating effect of interpersonal trust and the moderating effect of social support

摘要
为探讨社会情绪与亲社会行为的关系及其内在机制,本研究构建了一个有调节的中介模型,探索了人际信任的中介作用及社会支持的调节作用.采用社会情绪量表、亲社会倾向量表、人际信任量表和领悟社会支持量表对1074位民众进行调查.结果发现:(1)社会情绪正向预测亲社会行为;(2)人际信任在社会情绪与亲社会行为间起部分中介作用;(3)社会支持在社会情绪与人际信任中起调节作用,随着社会支持的提升,社会情绪对人际信任的正向预测作用逐渐增强;(4)社会支持在社会情绪与亲社会行为中起调节作用,社会支持越高,社会情绪对亲社会行为的正向预测作用越弱.
Abstract
Prosocial behavior is conducive to social stability and development.This study explored the re-lationship between social emotions and prosocial behavior,and the role of interpersonal trust and social support.We investigated 1074 people with the Social Emotion Scale,Prosocial Tendencies Measure,Inter-personal Trust Scale,and Perceived Social Support Scale.The results showed that:(1)Social emotions positively predicted the tendency of prosocial behavior;(2)Interpersonal trust played a partial mediating role in the influence of social emotion on prosocial behavior;(3)Social support moderated the effect of so-cial emotion on interpersonal trust.With the increase of social support,the positive prediction effect of so-cial emotion on interpersonal trust gradually enhanced;(4)Social support also moderated the effect of so-cial emotions on prosocial behavior.As the social support is higher,the positive predictive effect of social emotions on prosocial behavior becomes weaker.
