摘要
目的：比较都梁软胶囊联用艾司西酞普兰与单独使用艾司西酞普兰治疗慢性紧张性头痛的治疗效果。方法：将80例临床确诊为慢性紧张性头痛患者随机分成两组，都梁软胶囊联合艾司西酞普兰组（治疗组）40例，单用艾司西酞普兰组（对照组）40例。治疗予都梁软胶囊每次3粒，每日3次，口服；艾司西酞普兰10mg每日早上服1次。对照组单用艾司西酞普兰10mg每日早上服1次。两组均连续治疗3周，观察比较两组患者治疗前后的疼痛严重程度、持续时间以及不良反应情况。结果：治疗组总有效率为84.39%，较对照组65.62%，差异有显著性（P<0.05）；在头痛程的缓解上明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：都梁软胶囊联合艾司西酞普兰可改善慢性紧张性头痛患者的头痛程度，减少头痛的持续时间。
Abstract
Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of escitalopram treating chronic tension-type headache and in combination with Duliang soft capsules.Methods 80 patients clinically diagnosed as chronic tension-type headache were rangomly divided into the Duling soft capsules in combination with escitalopram group (therapeuic group,40cases). Which were treated with oral Duliang soft capsules,3capsules each time,thrice daily for 3 weeks,besides escitalopram.10mg quaque morning for 3 weeks,and the escitalopram group (control group,40cases),which were treated by oral escitalopram,10mg quaque morning for 3 weeks,Each group was compared by severity,duration,and adverse reaction pre and post treatment.Results The total effective rate in therapeutic group was higher(84.39%) than that in control group(65.62%,P<0.05).Conclusion Duliang soft capsules in combination with escitalopram can reduce the severity and duration in patients with chronic tension-type headache.
