Abstract
MRI diagnosing meniscus has hign accuracy,but there exist false positive and negative results.Our hospital collect fifty case patient,and do research on control class study by arthroscopy.We give the patient careful physical examination before operation,We want to know wether these methods have significance for diagnosis and therapy and prognosis of meniscus injury and follow visit prognosis of patient with grade one and two signals.
