Five Cyclodipeptides Isolated from Pseudomonas sp.1896
To explore the chemical components from the fermentation of marine Pseudomonas sp. 1896, five compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography. The structures of compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis, including 1D, 2D-NMR data and mass-spectrometric analysis. They were identified as cyclo- ( L-pro-L-tyr) ( Ⅰ ) , cyclo- ( D-pro-L-tyr) ( Ⅱ ) , cyclo- ( D-pro-L-val) ( Ⅲ ) ,cyclo- (D-pro-D- trp) ( Ⅳ ) ,cyclo- ( L-pro-D-mct) ( Ⅴ ). The results indicated that marine bacteria could be a promising source of searching leadcr compounds for drug discovery.
