从假单胞菌1896中分离到的5个环二肽类化合物

以海洋细菌假单胞菌1896(Pseudomonas sp.1896)为研究对象,对其发酵液的化学成分进行研究.从30 L发酵液乙酸乙酯提取物中分离到5个化合物,并通过1D,2D-NMR和ESI-MS光谱数据确定了化合物的结构.它们分别为cyclo-(L-pro-L-tyr)(Ⅰ)、cyclo-(Dpro-L-tyr)(Ⅱ)、cyclo-(D-pro-L-val)(Ⅲ)、cyclo-(D-pro-D-trp)(Ⅳ)、cyclo-(L-pro-Dmet)(V).研究结果表明,海洋细菌中蕴藏着丰富的具有生物活性的环二肽,是开发微生物药物的重要资源.
Five Cyclodipeptides Isolated from Pseudomonas sp.1896
To explore the chemical components from the fermentation of marine Pseudomonas sp. 1896, five compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography. The structures of compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis,including 1D, 2D-NMR data and mass-spectrometric analysis. They were identified as cyclo- ( L-pro-L-tyr) ( Ⅰ ) , cyclo- ( D-pro-L-tyr) ( Ⅱ ) , cyclo- ( D-pro-L-val) ( Ⅲ ) ,cyclo- (D-pro-D- trp) ( Ⅳ ) ,cyclo- ( L-pro-D-mct) ( Ⅴ ). The results indicated that marine bacteria could be a promising source of searching leadcr compounds for drug discovery.
