五举煤业实现煤质创效的应用实践

为解决升井原煤煤质差,煤质检测存在滞后性,影响选煤厂生产效率及产品质量的问题,基于对原煤开采、运输及洗选加工各环节的分析,通过采取降低工作面采高,建设井下TDS智能干选预排矸系统,采用自动采制样、煤质在线检测,对煤质进行信息化、数字化管理等措施,实现对煤炭质量的精准控制和预警.实践表明,以上措施采用后,升井原煤灰分平均降低 15个百分点,洗选精煤灰分波动小于 0.3个百分点,精煤产率达到 35%以上.通过实施全过程煤质控制,降低了生产成本,减少了环境污染,提高了企业的经济效益和社会效益,可为其他存在类似问题的选煤厂提供一定借鉴.
Improvement of coal washing efficiency and economic perform-ance of Wuju Coal Preparation Plant through quality control of raw coal:approaches and practice
Wuju plant's coal washing efficiency and quality of products are adversely affected because of deteri-oration of run-of-mine coal and delay of raw coal quality control.Based on analysis of various process links of underground coal mining,coal haulage,coal washing,etc.,multiple measures are taken,including,among oth-ers,reduction of mining heights,preremoval of gangue from coal underground using intelligent TDS dry separ-ator,execution of automatic coal sampling and preparation online monitoring of ash of coal,as well as practice of information-based digitalized management mode.With implementation of such approaches,the plant is now possible to exercise strict control of coal quality and give early warning in case of any discrepancies,the plant is now possible to reduce the ash of raw coal by 15 percentage points on average,keep fluctuation ash of clean coal below 0.3 percentage points,and obtain a yield of clean coal of over 35%.Implementation of the comprehens-ive coal quality control approaches has led to curtailment of operating cost,less environmental pollution,and im-proved economic and social benefits.The work made in the paper may serve as a reference for other plants fa-cing similar problems.
