卧式沉降过滤式离心机是以沉降分离原理进行工作的设备,沉降分离效果越好,物料的产率越高,反之,分离效率越低.为了提高卧式沉降过滤式离心机的分离效率,以卧式沉降过滤式离心机螺旋参数为研究对象,采用有限元方法模拟分析了不同螺距、不同转速、不同转差率等条件下沉降分离阶段螺旋参数对流体扰动的影响规律.研究结果表明:卧式沉降过滤式离心机分离效率不仅受物料粒度、密度的影响,还受流体扰动的影响,且螺旋结构参数作为影响流体扰动的重要因素,与结构参数对流体扰动的影响程度存在较大差异.对卧式沉降过滤式离心机螺旋内筒的结构进行优化,优化后的螺旋分料结构对降低流体扰动程度的影响效果显著,为整机的螺旋结构参数与运行参数的设计提供参考依据.
Analysis of influence of screw parameters on fluid disturbance in screen-bowl centrifuge
Horizontal screen-bowl centrifuge works on the principle of separation by sedimentation.The better the effect of sedimentation separation,the higher the yield of dewatered product,and conversely,the lower the separating efficiency.With an aim to improve the separation efficiency and yield of dewatered product,a study is made on the screw parameters on fluid disturbance in screen-bowl centrifuge,so as to explore the law of the influence in the sedimentation-separation stage at different pitches,speeds and slip ratios of screw.Study results show the centrifuge's separation efficiency is affected not only by size and density of feed material and also by degree of disturbance of fluid;and there are significant differences in influence between the operating paramet-ers and structural parameters of the screw with the latter being a key influencing factor leading to disturbance of liquid.Based on these findings,work is made on structural optimization of the inner cylinder of the screw.The optimized screw's material distribution structure shows a notably good effect in reduction of intensity of fluid disturbance.The study made herein may serve as a reference for optimum design of structural and operating parameters of the screw of screen-bowl centrifuge.
