Objective To explore the optimal dosage of dezocine combined with dexmedetomidine for the patients after laparoscopic surgery for cervical cancer. Methods Totally 120 patients suffering cervical cancer to receive laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from Jan.2012 to Mar.2015 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into groups A,B,and C (n =40,respectively).After the surgery, the patients in the three groups were administered with dexmedetomidine + dezocine + 0.9% sodium chloride + tropisetron for analgesia, among which the dose of dexmedetomidine is 0.5 μg/kg for group A,1.0 μg/kg for group B,and 1.5 μg/kg for group C,and the other doses are the same in the three groups. The Ransay sedation scores,VAS pain scores and adverse reactions in the three groups at different time were observed compared. Results At 4 h,8 h and 12 h after the surgery, the VAS scores in groups B and C were significantly lower than those in group A (P < 0.05);4 h and 8 h after the surgery, the Ransay scores in groups B and C were significantly higher than those in group A (P < 0.05);48 h after the surgery, the satisfaction of patients in group B was significantly higher than that in groups A and C,and that in group A was significantly higher than that in group C (P < 0.05);48 h after the surgery, the adverse reaction in group C was significantly higher than that in groups A and B (P < 0.05).Conclusion Dezocine of 0.8 mg/kg combined with dexmedetomidine of 1.0 μg/kg is the optimal dose for postoperative analgesia of patients with cervical cancer, and both analgesic effects and safety are very good.
