Objective To analyze and compare the clinical effects and influences of quadrant resection in the treatment of severe cystic hyperplasia of breast with breast ptosis.Methods A total of 100 patients suffering severe cystic hyperplasia of breast with breast ptosis to receive treatment in our hospital were randomly divided into a control group(n =45) and an observation group(n =55).The patients in the control group were treated with drugs conservatively,while the patients in the observation group were treated with quadrant resection.The breast pain scores and clinical efficacy between the two groups after treatment for three months and the adverse drug reactions in the control group were analyzed and compared.Results After three months of treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Before treatment,the degree of breast pain between the two groups had no statistical difference (P ＞ 0.05);after three months of treatment,the degree of breast pain in both groups decreased,while the degree of breast pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The breast ptosis of patients in the observation group was all corrected,without incision infection.The total rate of adverse reactions in the control group was 28.88％.Conclusion Quadrant resection in the treatment of severe cystic hyperplasia of breast with breast ptosis can improve the clinical effects and reduce the degree of breast pain,while avoiding any side effects of drug treatment and maintaining a satisfactory shape of the breast.
