Effects of Silica Filler on the Dynamic Properties of Epoxy Vitrimer
Epoxy vitrimer with controllable dynamic properties was prepared by introducing SiO2 particles into the dynamic epoxy vitrimer network.The results show that the increase of filler content will not cause too many adverse effects on the basic performance of epoxy vitrimer.However,typical kinetic parameters of epoxy vitrimer including characteristic relaxation time(τ),activation energy(Ea),Arrhenius pre-exponential factor(τ0),and topological freezing transition temperature(Tv)can be easily adjusted by filler content.The introduction of SiO2 makes the properties of epoxy vitrimer controllable and can realize the materials reprocessed and formed on demand.
