数字人民币在数据要素市场化配置中的作用与前景

摘要
在数字经济高速发展的今天,数据作为生产的关键要素,其市场化配置对经济增长和效率提升至关重要.数字人民币(DC/EP)作为中央银行发行的法定数字货币,处于国家战略规划的核心位置,其不仅标志着支付系统的一大进步,还在数据要素市场化配置中发挥着枢纽作用.本文在分析数字人民币的基本功能和数据要素市场化的背景下,提出了数字人民币如何促进数据要素流动和高效配置的核心观点.揭示了数字人民币在提升数据要素市场运作效率、促进经济发展和区域一体化中的潜在价值,针对数字人民币在数据要素市场化配置中面临的挑战提出对策建议,为深化对数字人民币在经济体系中作用的理解、推动数字人民币数据要素融合提供有益参考.
Abstract
Today,with the rapid development of the digital economy,data,as a key element of production,its marketized allocation are crucial to economic growth and efficiency improvement.As a legal digital currency is-sued by the central bank,the Digital Currency/Electronic Payment(DC/EP)is at the core of national strategic plan-ning,and it not only marks a major advancement in the payment system,but also plays a pivotal role in the market-oriented allocation of data elements.Against the background of analyzing the basic functions of digital RMB and the marketization of data elements,this paper puts forward the core view of how DC/EP can promote the flow and efficient allocation of data elements.It reveals the potential value of DC/EP in enhancing the operational efficiency of the data element market,promoting economic development and regional integration,and puts forward counter-measures and suggestions for the challenges faced by DC/EP in the market-oriented allocation of data elements,so as to provide useful reference for deepening the understanding of the role of DC/EP in the economic system and promoting the integration of DC/EP data elements.
