关于科技金融支持科技型中小企业的思考——基于商业银行助力金融强国建设的视角

摘要
科技型中小企业是构建完善科技创新体系、加快新兴产业培育的重要基础.商业银行以服务实体经济为天职,是推动金融强国建设的核心力量,在支持科技型中小企业高质量发展和区域创新能力提升方面发挥着重要作用,但受相关因素制约也面临着一些问题.本文在阐述商业银行科技金融工作现状、深入剖析相关问题基础上,从金融供给、生态构建、科技赋能、队伍建设、考核激励等方面提出对策建议,以期更好推动商业银行开展科技金融工作,赋能科技型中小企业创新发展.
Abstract
Science and technology-based SMEs are an important foundation for building a perfect science and technology innovation system and accelerating the cultivation of emerging industries.Commercial banks,with the vocation of serving the real economy,are the core force to promote the construction of a financial powerhouse,and play an important role in supporting the high-quality development of science and technology-based SMEs and the enhancement of regional innovation capacity,but also face some problems due to the constraints of related factors.In this paper,on the basis of elaborating the current situation of science and technology financial work of commer-cial banks and analyzing the related problems,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of financial supply,ecological construction,scientific and technological empowerment,team construction,assess-ment and incentives,etc.,with a view to better promoting the work of science and technology financial work of com-mercial banks,and empowering the innovative development of science and technology-based SMEs.
