中国科技金融与制造业高质量发展的关系研究

摘要
科技金融为企业进行技术研发与创新提供资金支持,因而对于制造业高质量发展具有重要影响.同时,它的出现也是制造业发展到一定阶段的结果.因此,制造业的发展质量也会影响科技金融的发展水平.本文在阐述科技金融与制造业高质量发展相互关系的基础上,首先运用熵值法对中国科技金融与制造业高质量发展水平进行评价,然后运用VAR模型对两者之间的相互关系进行研究.结果表明,中国科技金融发展水平与制造业高质量发展水平都在不断提高;科技金融对制造业高质量发展具有一定的显著影响,但是影响程度还需要再提高;而制造业高质量发展对于科技金融没有显著影响.本文提出提高科技金融产品服务能力、扩大其覆盖范围、转变制造业发展模式、拓宽制造业企业融资渠道等对策建议.
Abstract
Sci-tech finance provides the financial support for enterprises'technological research and innova-tion,so it has important impacts on the high-quality development of manufacturing industry.At the same time,its emergence is also the result of the development of manufacturing industry to a certain stage.Therefore,the devel-opment quality of manufacturing industry also affects the development level of sci-tech finance.This paper evalu-ates the levels of sci-tech finance and the high-quality development of manufacturing industry in China using en-tropy method at first on the basis of clarifying the mutual relationship between sci-tech finance and the high-quali-ty development of manufacturing industry.Then VAR model is used to study the mutual relationship between them.The results show that both of the levels of sci-tech finance development and the high-quality development of manufacturing industry constantly increase;sci-tech finance has a significant impact on the high-quality devel-opment of manufacturing industry but its impact degree still needs to raise;the high-quality development of manu-facturing industry has no significant impact on the development of sci-tech finance.This paper puts forward coun-termeasures and suggestions such as raising the service capacities of sci-tech finance products,expanding their coverage scopes,transforming the development mode of manufacturing industry,and broadening financial chan-nels for manufacturing enterprises.
