From Small Beds to Great Well-being:The Development and Optimization of The Family Nursing Bed Model
As a new embedded home care service model,the improvement and development of family nursing beds is of great significance to improve people's well-being.Family nursing bed model is built on the premise of respecting the target group,with informatization as a tool and the integration of multi-subject resources as founda-tion,highlighting welfare to provide momentum.It integrates the advantages of family care and institutional care,providing a new direction for the improvement of China's home care service system.Based on the analysis of col-laborative governance theory,it is found that the development of family nursing bed model is still faced with practi-cal obstacles such as different goals of participants,incomplete information sharing mechanism,ineffective integra-tion of service resources and limited government guidance ability.Thus,resources such as"family""elderly-care""bed"and"system"fail to achieve effective integration,affecting the sustainable and healthy development of fami-ly nursing beds.It is necessary to optimize and assist the system,promote sharing and enhance efficiency,promote integration and quality,improve the system design,and promote the integration of"four forces",so as to promote the family nursing bed model to effectively serve the improvement of people's old-age well-being.
