新质生产力对民营企业资产负债表韧性的影响研究

摘要
在数字经济时代,加强民营企业资产负债表韧性可以有效应对经济金融风险的冲击,而新质生产力的快速发展对于民营企业资产负债表韧性的提升则具有一定的影响.本文首先分析了新质生产力的内涵特征,然后构建了民营企业资产负债表韧性指标体系,并且阐述了培育新质生产力和提升民营企业资产负债表韧性的逻辑链条,最后借鉴国外相关发展实践经验,根据我国的实际情况提出了以创新驱动加快发展新质生产力、引导民营企业数据资产确权、健全知识产权保护、建立创新容错机制和加强诚信建设等政策建议,以提升民营企业资产负债表韧性.
Abstract
In the era of digital economy,strengthening the resilience of the balance sheets of private enterpris-es can effectively cope with the impact of economic and financial risks,and the rapid development of new quality productivity has a certain impact on the improvement of the resilience of the balance sheets of private enterprises.This article first analyzes the connotation and characteristics of new quality productivity,then constructs a resil-ience indicator system for the balance sheet of private enterprises,and elaborates on the logical chain of cultivat-ing new quality productivity and enhancing the resilience of the balance sheet of private enterprises.Finally,draw-ing on the development practices of foreign countries and the actual situation in China,this paper proposes policy recommendations such as accelerating the development of new quality productivity with innovation drive,guiding private enterprises in data asset rights,improving intellectual property rights protection,establishing an innovation tolerance mechanism,and strengthening integrity building,so as to enhance the balance sheet resilience of private enterprises.
