农业新质生产力对我国农业高质量发展的影响研究——基于农业生产技术效率中介效应和农业保险调节效应的分析

摘要
农业新质生产力作为农业生产力现代化的具体体现,已成为农业高质量发展的新驱动、新支撑、新引擎.本文基于中国30个省(自治区、直辖市)2015-2022年的面板数据,运用中介效应模型和调节效应模型实证检验了农业新质生产力对农业高质量发展的影响大小、方向和作用机制,结果表明,农业新质生产力可以显著推动中国农业高质量发展,并且农业生产技术效率、农业保险分别在农业新质生产力促进中国农业高质量发展中发挥中介效应和正向调节效应;异质性分析发现,农业新质生产力促进农业高质量发展的作用大小呈现出东部>中部>西部,以及非粮食主产区>粮食主产区的特征,并且农业新质生产力对西部农业高质量发展的影响不显著;最后结合本文结论提出相应政策建议.
Abstract
As a concrete embodiment of the modernization of agricultural productivity,agricultural new quali-ty productivity has become a new driver,a new support and a new engine for high-quality agricultural develop-ment.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government)in China from 2015 to 2022,this paper empirically examines the magnitude,direction,and mecha-nism of the impact of agricultural new quality productivity on agricultural high-quality development by using the mediation effect model and the moderating effect model.The results show that the new quality productivity in agri-culture can significantly promote the high-quality development of Chinese agriculture,and the agricultural produc-tion technical efficiency and agricultural insurance play the mediating effect and positive moderating effect respec-tively in the process.Heterogeneity analysis reveals that the size of the role of the agriculture new quality produc-tivity in promoting the high-quality development of agriculture shows the characteristics of east>central>western,as well as the non-food-producing areas>food-producing areas.Finally,the conclusions of this paper are com-bined to put forward corresponding policy recommendations.
