互联网平台作为数字经济的关键要素,是推动新质生产力形成的核心动能.本文融合TOE理论框架与资源编排理论,构建了一个理论框架分析互联网平台赋能新质生产力的路径.研究发现:技术资源、组织资源、环境资源是互联网平台赋能新质生产力转化的基点;互联网平台赋能新质生产力通过资源整合能力、延伸能力、重构能力持续性递进;互联网平台赋能新质生产力推进了新质劳动资料、新质劳动对象与新质劳动者的形成.其中,新质劳动资料表现为关键性的技术创新,新质劳动对象表现为数据加成下生产对象的时空域扩展,新质劳动者被赋予更多的自主性、创造性.本文揭露了互联网平台赋能新质生产力形成的路径,旨在为我国新质生产力的持续涌现提供新的方向与思路.
Internet Platform Empowers New Quality Productivity:What to Empower and How to Empower
As an important element of the digital economy,the Internet platform is the core driving force to promote the formation of new quality productivity.This study integrates the theoretical framework of TOE and Re-source Orchestration theory,and constructs a theoretical framework to analyze the path of Internet platform to em-power new quality productivity.The Internet platform empowers new quality productivity through the continuous progress of resource integration,extension and reconstruction capabilities;the Internet platform empowers new quality productivity to promote the formation of new quality labor materials,new quality labor objects and new quality workers.Among them,the new quality labor materials are key technological innovations;The new quality labor objects are manifested as the spatiotemporal domain expansion of the production objects under the addition of data.New quality workers are given more autonomy and creativity.This paper exposes the path of the Internet platform empowering the formation of new quality productivity,aiming to provide new directions and ideas for the continuous emergence of new quality productivity in China.
