科技金融政策赋能中国式现代化产业体系构建的路径与实践

摘要
在全球经济格局深度重构与技术创新不断演进的复杂背景下,中国式现代化产业体系的构建成为一项极具战略意义的重大命题.本文利用2009-2022年中国地级市的面板数据,构建双向固定效应的多期DID模型,并结合中介效应模型展开分析,实证研究科技金融政策如何在推动产业现代化进程中发挥关键作用,并剖析其背后的运作逻辑与机制.研究表明:科技金融政策可以显著推动现代化产业体系的建设,并且该效应在不同城市类型和区位条件下表现出显著的异质性;科技金融政策能够通过推动新质生产力的扩散来加速产业升级,增强技术创新能力,为现代化产业体系的建设提供强劲动力.
Abstract
Under the complex background of deep restructuring of global economic pattern and continuous evolution of technological innovation,the construction of Chinese-style modernized industrial system has become a major proposition of great strategic significance.Using the panel data of Chinese prefecture-level cities from 2009 to 2022,this paper constructs a two-way fixed-effects multi-period DID model and combines it with the me-diated-effects model to analyze how science and technology(S&T)financial policies play a key role in promoting the process of industrial modernization,and analyze the operation logic and mechanism behind it.The study shows that S&T financial policies can significantly promote the construction of modernized industrial system,and the ef-fect shows significant heterogeneity under different city types and location conditions.S&T financial policies can accelerate industrial upgrading and enhance technological innovation by promoting the proliferation of new quality productivity,providing a strong impetus for the construction of a modernized industrial system.
