The shoots of ‘Gardenblue’ , ‘Premier’ and ‘Brightwell’ of blueberry ( Vaccinium ashei) were chosen as experimental materials and tissue culture system was set up successfully in the study. The results of the study were as follows:Different hormone had different effects on adventitious buds in multiplication. The effects of ZT dominated in all factors associated, and 2. 0 mg/L ZT was the most apt for shoot proliferation. NAA had a signif-icant effect on the shoot height. When NAA concentrations were higher than 0. 005 mg/L, with the NAA concentra-tion increased, the shoot height would be reduced significantly. Difference between varieties had no obvious effect on adventitious bud induction. The shoots cultured in the medium supplemented with 2. 0 mg/L ZT and 0. 010 mg/L NAA had the best performance. Proliferation rate reached 4. 12, and shoots grew well. The shoots cultured in the 1/2 WPM medium supplemented with 2. 0 mg/L IBA were appropriate, and it achieved the best rooting rate of the 92. 10%, and the roots kept good condition of growth.
