Study on Carbon Sequestration of Bamboo Forest in Zhejiang Province
The biomass method was used to measure the carbon sequestration of bamboo forests in Zhejiang Province, and the carbon emissions of Zhejiang Province were measured by applying the carbon dioxide emission measurement method for energy activities, and the 2 were compared to analyze the carbon sink contribution of bam-boo forests. The results show that from 1973 to 2021,the amount of carbon sequestered in bamboo forests in Zhe-jiang Province increased from 18,206,400 t to 35,708,800 t,with a net increase of 17,502,400 t and a growth rate of 96.13%,showing an overall trend of increase, with Moso bamboo forests being the main carbon sequestering species;carbon emissions in Zhejiang province show a stable growth trend, but the growth rate decreases from 2004 to 2021;the amount of carbon sequestered by bamboo forests and carbon emissions show a convergent growth trend, but the amount of carbon sequestered by bamboo forests is relatively small for the overall carbon emissions, and the contribution of carbon sequestration is small. In order to effectively contribute to the process of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality in Zhejiang Province, this study proposes to focus on stabilizing the increment of bamboo forest carbon sink, effectively consolidating the development of bamboo forest carbon sink, regulating and guiding the car-bon sink operation scheme, reasonably improving the potential of bamboo forest carbon sink, effectively combining the main body of enterprise carbon sink and scientifically controlling the quantity of enterprise emission,so as to ef-fectively play the value of bamboo forest carbon sink.
