摘要
为全面分析峨山县油橄榄产业发展情况,采用熵值法对云南 30 个油橄榄产区的气象条件进行评价,结合实地调查进行比较分析研究峨山县油橄榄产业发展情况和竞争优势.结果表明:峨山县发展油橄榄产业优势与劣势并存,市场前景广阔,自然条件优越,初榨橄榄油品质优,兼具经济、社会和生态效益,但扶持少、加工弱、产业链短、销售乏力;峨山县油橄榄产业"大资源、小产业、低效率"特点明显,适宜开发林地较广,但产业规模小、收益慢、综合效益低;产业规模和市场占有率呈上升趋势,市场集中度低,发展空间较大;油橄榄产业发展尚处于成长阶段,基地稳步投产,以初加工为主,无三产融合.据此提出做大生产端、做强加工端、做优销售端、强化支撑端等对策.
Abstract
To comprehensively analyze the development of the olive industry in Eshan County,the meteoro-logical conditions of 30 olive-producing regions of Yunnan Province were assessed by the entropy method,and the development and competitive advantages of the olive industry in Eshan County were compared and analyzed by field investigation.The results show that the advantages and disadvantages coexist in developing the olive industry in Es-han County.There are broad market prospects,superior natural conditions,high-quality virgin olive oil,and eco-nomic,social,and ecological benefits.Still,there is little support,weak processing,a short industrial chain,and weak sales.The olive industry in Eshan County has apparent characteristics of'big resources,small industry and low efficiency',which is suitable for developing forest land,but the industrial scale is small,the income is slow,and the comprehensive benefit is low.The industry scale and market share are rising,but the market concentration is low,and the development space is ample.The development of olive industry is still in the growth stage,and the base is put into production steadily,mainly in primary processing,without integrating 3 industries.Accordingly,it puts forward some countermeasures,such as expanding production,strengthening processing,optimizing sales,and strengthening support.
