Study on the Intention and Influencing Factors of College Students in Kunming Participating in National Park Volunteer Service
Based on an extended theory of planned behavior that includes the'awareness level'variable, this study analyzes college students'willingness and influencing factors to participate in volunteer services in national parks. The analysis used survey data from 487 college students in 5 universities in Kunming. The results show that the level of awareness, attitude toward behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control have a signifi-cant positive impact on the willingness of college students to participate in national park volunteer services, with the attitude toward behavior having the most significant effect. The attitude towards behavior mediates the relationship between awareness level, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and behavioral intention. In light of these findings, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed by the government, national parks, schools, and families to promote the construction of a national park volunteer service system.
