可持续理念下的乡村社区营造探析

摘要
以常州刘巷村为研究对象,以可持续理念为理论基础,结合乡村规划与社区营造探索刘巷村的规划建设方向.基于刘巷村基本情况及现存问题,结合可持续理念与村落发展间关系,构建以环境可持续为基础、经济可持续为着力点、生活可持续为建设目标的逻辑框架.提出激发居民参与意愿、村域空间整体管控、拓展特色产业发展模式的营造策略,以期为乡村社区可持续发展提供参考.
Abstract
Focusing on Liuxiang Village in Changzhou as the subject of inquiry,this study grounds itself in sustainability principles,integrating rural planning with community development to chart a course for Liuxiang's planned construction and design.A logical framework is established by examining the village's fundamental condi-tions and prevailing issues and intertwining the notions of sustainability with the village's growth trajectory.This framework is underpinned by environmental sustainability,emphasizing economic sustainability as a pivotal area of effort and aspiring towards enhancing the sustainability of residents'lifestyles.The research further proposes strate-gies aimed at stimulating resident engagement,implementing comprehensive spatial management across the village territory,and fostering the expansion of distinctive industry development models.Collectively,these strategies aspire to serve as a guiding reference for the sustainable evolution of rural communities.
